We offer a secure checkout while accepting all major credit/debit cards (i.e. VISA, Mastercard, Discover card, etc.) and Paypal.
Shortly after you place your order you will receive a confirmation email from our customer support team.
Once your package is shipped you will receive an email with the carrier and tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update their system with information on your package. If it has been more than 48 hours and you do not see any tracking information please contact the carrier to inquire about the delivery status.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not receive this information, please check the other folders in your email (i.e. spam, junk). If you still don't see it please contact us and we will resend it to you!
Our shirts are made using the direct-to-garment printing method to ensure our images turn out great and last through several washes.
PLEASE NOTE: As a result of the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing process, you may notice an off-white residue or a vinegar-like smell upon receiving your garment(s), but don't worry this will disappear after the first wash!
Our designs are printed on Bella+Canvas and Gildan Softstyle which have different feels and fits. The Bella is soft, stretchy, and runs big. So if you want a snugger fit order a size down. The Gildan is soft, comfy, and runs true to size. So you can order your regular size. For your convenience, we have included a size guide and product info under each product.
Here's how to take care of your tees:
*Turn the garment inside out and machine wash cold, on gentle cycle with mild detergent and like colors.
*Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.
*Tumble dry on low or hang it out to dry
*Do not iron over the design.
*Do not dry clean.
Since our products are made to order, meaning that our fulfillment partners start production shortly after you place your order, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns. So please make sure that you are ordering the right size, color, quantity, and product(s). ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If you receive your order and your product(s) is damaged (i.e. ripped, broken), defective (i.e. printing error), or not what you ordered, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photos of what you received and we will be more than happy to replace it or give you a refund!
PLEASE NOTE: You must contact us within 2-3 weeks of receiving your order in the mail.
We utilize two fulfillment centers to help us print and ship our products out as fast as possible. In addition, some of our products (i.e. mugs) require special packaging to ensure that they arrive safely, so items may be shipped at different times. However, you will receive all of the items you purchased. If you do not, please contact us at email@example.com.
PLEASE NOTE: We only offer shipping within the United States at this time.
As soon as you make a purchase our fulfillment partners receive your order information and get to work printing and shipping your items in a timely manner. It usually takes 10-12 business days (roughly 5-7 business days for production and an additional 4-5 days for shipping). However, during peak times (i.e. holidays) or due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e. natural disasters, pandemic) there can be delays.
